This surgery is the best one I have been to! I am having to wait 8 weeks for an urgent referral to the hospital. Meanwhile the medowgreen staff have been amazing. Emma the receptionist reacted to my concerns by phoning the appointments like at the hospital to get me on the cancellations list and organised for me to see the doctor to review my issue. This was done off her own back and without me asking. She phoned me after our call the previous day (after the surgery was fully booked by early morning) Emma phoned to make sure I knew about the appointment that she reserved. This has made a huge difference to me! The doctor was incredible too! I didn't catch her name but she double checked the referral times and listened to my concerns, whilst she gave me practical advice. So happy I registered here and I would recommend the surgery to everyone!
