Told to phone all week today (Friday) at 8.30, I call at 8.27 get told we are not quite open yet call back at 8.30!! Call back repeatedly until 8.47 to finally get an answer to be told "I'm sorry there's no appointments left for today"...
Very good and caring staff and doctors very clean surgery everyone is so kind and understanding
I have had nothing but excellent treatment from this practice. I telephoned at 8.30am one morning and was seen at 10.00am that day. All doctors and other staff are very efficient and caring.
Can never get an appointment. Next appointment weeks away. Children were neglected by this practice and I was discriminated against. Complaining to the health board sto prevent this happening to anyone else's children. Disgusting.
