Great friendly station. Brian (main ticket office) does a fantastic job keeping station in order. Cafe staff are always nice too - Pam and Pauline. Only negative is the replacement ticket office staff member- blonde frumpy girl - never has a smile and always barks at you when you ask for a ticket, she is a poor example of scotrail staff.
