Buy lots of things for my cat such as collars, food, treats, beds, toys, brushes and all accessories. i also get things for my fish such as food, plants, ornaments, gravel, nets, tanks, cleaners and all other accessories. they have a great range of tropical fish, goldfish and lots more. they have a very good selection of birds such as budgies, finches, cockatiels, kakarikis, celestials, lovebirds, and some others. very good dog supplies too lots of treats, toys, food, leads and collars, coats and lots more. the shop also sell rabbits, hamsters and gerbils. they sell cages, toys, food, treats, bedding, hutches, harnesses and lots more. the owners are very kind, friendly and helpful. recommend this shop and its pets and supplies.
I was a bit annoyed in that I try and support this pet shop. It carries a good stock of items for cage birds. I went in for a particular item which I have seen in there before but which was not in stock today. I could have handled that without any complaint if I had been treated as a person at the counter. The owner carried on a conversation with a tradesperson the whole time she was serving me and I felt totally surplus to requirements. I felt totally invisible. I could have just ordered the item. I wanted on line - I have done that now- and cut out being made to feel totally surplus to requirements in the shop. This is a small town and if the shop owners in it totally don't give a damn about customers they don't deserve to have their patronage.
